Natasha Doshi, MPH
Practice Transformation Specialist
Natasha has seven years of experience working in public health among health care organizations across California. She has supported a wide range of organizations, from large Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to small private practices and individual physicians. Her areas of expertise include practice transformation, care coordination, empanelment, health policy, health information technology, interoperability, social determinants of health, telehealth, and workforce strengthening.
Natasha has worked as a Quality Improvement (QI) coach on large-scale projects such as the CMS-funded Los Angeles Practice Transformation Network (LAPTN) and the HRSA-funded Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN). More recently, she has supported practices participating in Accountable Care Organizations under the CMS Medicare Shared Savings Program (CMS MSSP). Ms. Doshi’s extensive work in the field has helped organizations improve data reporting capabilities, care coordination, operational workflows, and shared savings.
Prior to her work with the CMA PSO, Natasha worked as a Practice Transformation Consultant for a Southern California-based consulting firm. She has also worked alongside social workers to improve patient care at St. Barnabas Senior Services in Los Angeles and was the Co-Founder and Outreach and Policy Director for the non-profit organization, Savings Hearts of California Kids.
