Sr. Practice Transformation Specialist
Danielle has over six years of health care experience working in and with practices of varying sizes, but specializes in working with multispecialty and hospital-based organizations. As a Certified Associate in Project Management, she is well-equipped to partner with larger organizations to implement and manage value based care initiatives across departments and practice sites. She has done extensive work around analyzing workflows, strengthening workforces, and implementing quality improvement strategies to help physicians deliver value-based care.
As a Sr. Practice Transformation Specialist, Danielle serves as a trusted partner to help practices improve processes and increase efficiencies to achieve success under an array of payment systems. She has assisted practices to successfully participate in Accountable Care Organizations under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), implement telehealth as a modality of practice, develop testing protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic, and improve risk coding and billing practices to better coordinate high quality care for patients.
Prior to her work with the CMA PSO, Danielle worked as a Practice Transformation Specialist for a health technology-focused government agency, a Medical Office Representative for Dignity Health, and as an Office Coordinator for a private practice in Northern California.
