Kristy is a Practice Transformation Specialist with the California Medical Association’s (CMA) Physician Services Organization.

Kristy has 25 years of experience working within the health care industry, working with all lines of business across multiple state markets. Specializing in managed care, Kristy has worked directly with health plans, providers, and health organizations to successfully implement an array of quality improvement initiatives. Kristy brings with her a vast knowledge of management and process improvement expertise. She understands the needs of physicians and their staff and the challenges medical practices face. Kristy is passionate about working with physicians and their staff to support their success in the ever-changing health care landscape.
