Jodi Black is the Vice President of the Center for Economic Services overseeing CMA’s overall economic advocacy program and educational outreach on issues affecting the business of a practice. She has over 25 years of experience in physician practice operations and advocacy.
Prior to joining CMA, Jodi managed the operations of a large group of emergency physicians, served as revenue cycle redesign project manager and consulted with practices on initiatives focused on improving the success of their practices.
Center for Economic Services
CMA’s Center for Economic Services (CES) is charged with providing one-on-one
practice management assistance to physician members and their staff. Assistance ranges from coaching and education to direct intervention with payors or regulators. CES also develops resources and tools to assist practices.
The center is staffed by practice management experts with a combined experience of over 125 years in medical practice operations. Access to
