The California Medical Association (CMA) invites all physician, resident and medical student members to our upcoming Legislative Advocacy Day, on April 9, 2025, in Sacramento! Register now to get hands-on experience and learn the essentials of advocating for your patients and profession in the legislature.
- Hear from key figures in the California legislature, as well as CMA physician leaders and Government Relations staff. You will learn about important bills in this legislative cycle and how the affect physicians and patients.
- Meet with your legislative representatives with colleagues from your area. You will receive training and background materials to educate and prepare yourself to advocate for your profession and your patients.
- Network with hundreds of passionate physician, resident and medical student leaders from across the state. This is the perfect chance for new and future physicians to learn how legislation impacts the practice of medicine.
