The University of California San Francisco and the California Department of Public Health are recruiting California physicians for the 2025 cohort of their Champion Provider Fellowship – which engages, trains and supports physicians and dentists in championing changes that improve health outcomes for the entire community.
About the Champion Provider Fellowship
The Champion Provider Fellowship is a two-year fellowship with the goal of training health care providers to engage in policy, systems and environmental change activities around obesity and chronic disease prevention. The goal of the fellowship is to give providers the skills and support needed to partner with their local health departments to affect policy change in their communities and throughout California.
