The California Medical Association (CMA) is excited to announce that the 2025 mentorship program for continuing medical education (CME) professionals will be opening soon! The mentorship program is intended to support the important work you do as a CME professional, as well as your own continuous professional development.

Program Highlights

• Application Period: October through November 2024
• Program Duration: January 2025 through December 2025
• Eligibility: All individuals directly affiliated with an accredited CME program

Program Goals

Our mentorship program aims to:

• Support the professional development of CME professionals
• Connect and strengthen the CME community
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing among CME experts
• Enhance collaboration across different CME programs

Program Structure

• Both mentor and mentee positions are available
• Participants will be matched in small groups based on areas of focus
• CMA collaborates with other state medical society accreditors
