CMA annual accreditation fee due July 31

July 23, 2024

The California Medical Association (CMA) continuing medical education (CME) program sent out the annual accreditation fee invoices in April. This fee is due July 31, 2024. Thank you to those who have paid prior to the due date. Reminder emails were sent July 15 to those whose invoices were still outstanding. Please ensure that CMA has received payment prior to the July 31 due date.

Important dates and consequences:

  • August 1, 2024: Notifications will be sent to organizations with outstanding balances.
  • August 7, 2024: 10% late fee will be applied after a one-week grace period.
  • August 28, 2024: Organizations with fees still outstanding will be put on administrative probation, with additional fees assessed.

We strongly encourage you to pay by credit card to avoid any adverse impact on your accreditation status. CMA-accredited providers are accountable for timely submission of fees required to attain or maintain accreditation.

Instructions for accessing your invoice are included in your email, but should you have issues seeing the invoice, try copying the link directly into your browser. CMA has switched to an internal processing portal and no longer uses PayPal.
