Physicians who have not received incentive payments for participating in an Advanced Alternative Payment Model (APM) for the 2024 payment year (2022 performance period) should verify their information with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) by September 1, 2024.

APM participants who have not received their payments are advised to check for their name on the 2024 QP Notice for APM Incentive Payment ZIP File, which indicates if they will need to verify their Medicare billing information. Failure to verify Medicare billing information by September 1, 2024, will result in CMS not being able to issue an APM Incentive Payment. Instructions for how to verify Medicare billing information can be found in the ZIP file.

Physicians who wish to view the APM incentive payment details for the 2024 payment year may do so by logging in to the Quality Payment Program (QPP) website  with their HARP credentials.
