This is a reminder that our California Medical Association (CMA) House of Delegates (HOD) Delegate Orientation is Tuesday, February 6, from 6-7 p.m. Please register beforehand so that each delegate and alternate gets the information needed to successfully participate in our Interim Session on Saturday, February 10. The Orientation will be held via Zoom, with our HOD Speakers presenting on how this Interim Session will be conducted, what a delegate's role is, and how to participate fully and completely.

Please also be aware that the deadline to make extractions to the Major Issues and other actionable reports for the virtual Interim Session is February 8.

Finally, delegates can submit any amendments to the Major Issues reports here. Amendments must be submitted in advance so that CMA staff can have them processed and ready for projection.

Deadlines and Important Dates

• Feb. 2: Interim Session materials to be sent out to members. 
• Feb. 6: Delegation Orientation is open to all HOD members, as it will give information on how the session will work via the Lumi platform. 
• Feb. 8: Extractions from major issue and other actionable reports are due.
