Feeling overwhelmed with incorporating the California Cultural and Linguistic Competency (CLC) and Implicit Bias (IB) Standards in continuing medical education (CME) and don’t know where to start? Register for the California Medical Association (CMA) Annual CME Providers Conference, to be held virtually on June 24, 2022. We will have representatives from several accredited provider organizations that will share how they started and how they are incorporating CLC and IB into their activities.

The CME Provider Conference is also a great place for CME professionals to network and share personal insights and tips from their own programs. In addition to CLC and IB, the conference will showcase the latest news on CME at the national and state level. The keynote speaker is Graham McMahon M.D., MMSc, president and CEO of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. For more details, see the full agenda.

CMA will model engagement and creativity within a learning environment. Don’t miss your chance to for yourself see how polling and games can reinforce learning as well as build community among your learners.

Please plan to join us virtually for this event on June 24, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, P.T. Registration is $150 per person for the entire day. If your organization needs to pay by check, please request an invoice by sending the names and emails of all CME professionals you want to register to cme@cmadocs.org.
