Physicians for a Healthy California (PHC) is soliciting proposals from organizations interested in helping to raise awareness of and increase applications to CalVaxGrant. Grants of up to $10,000 are available to organizations who will conduct outreach to physician practices between November 8 – December 15, 2021.

Funded by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and administered by PHC, CalVaxGrant’s purpose is to help the state reach its vaccination goals and keep Californians healthy. Eligible physicians and medical practices (with 200 or fewer physicians) may receive up to $55,000 to administer COVID-19 vaccines in their communities.
