Thank you to everyone who participated in the public comment process for the draft cultural and linguistic competency (CLC) and implicit bias (IB) standards for continuing medical education (CME).  

Public comment is now closed, and we will now work with the advisory council to review feedback, finalize the standards and plan educational implementation resources.

The final standards are expected to be released in August 2021, with educational opportunities throughout the fall to support providers in successfully implementing the standards in their CME programs.
