Take Action: Urge lawmakers to help businesses impacted by COVID-19

The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) recently announced that the Public Health Emergency (PHE) declaration for COVID‑19 will be renewed for another 90 days, beginning on April 21, 2021, and extending through July 19, 2021.

By renewing the declaration, waivers and flexibilities associated with the COVID-19 pandemic will extend through at least July 19, 2021.

It is expected that the public health emergency will likely continue through at least the end of calendar year 2021.
