The California Medical Association (CMA) Wellness Program (CMA Wellness) is seeking volunteer physicians and nurses to serve as remote peer care coaches to assist physicians and other health care workers serving on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The new program, called Care 4 Caregivers Now, will offer virtual emotional and professional support to health care workers serving patients during the COVID-19 crisis.
