Medi-Cal is encouraging physicians to take its Medi-Cal ICD-10 stakeholder readiness survey. The purpose of the survey is to determine provider and submitter health care transaction preparedness for the October 1, 2014, implementation of ICD-10.

Participation in the survey is optional, but encouraged, as it will help the agency assess any issues or concerns that may hinder ICD-10 compliance. Survey responses are confidential and participants can remain anonymous.
