The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office and the Lewin Group will be hosting a free webinar on understanding the barriers to obtaining and delivering preventive care and health screening services for persons with disabilities. The "Webinar on Preventive Care and Health Screenings for Persons with Disabilities" will take place on Thursday, November 2, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. P.T.

This webinar will explore the challenges that health plans and providers experience in providing preventive care and screenings for persons with disabilities, and will discuss promising practices that can be applied to address identified barriers and challenges. This webinar is intended for providers, health plans and health care organizations interested in assessing their disability-competent training materials and enhancing their capacity to provide disability-competent care.
