The 10th annual Palliative Care Summit, hosted by the Coalition for Compassionate Care of California (CCCC) and Children’s Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition, will be taking place April 10-11, 2018, in Anaheim.
Keynote speakers at this year's summit include Charles F. von Gunten, M.D., PhD, named one of 30 pioneers in palliative medicine; Dianne Gray, founder of Hospice & Healthcare Communications; and Charles Grob, M.D., Director of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and a member of the California Medical Association.
With over 25 guest speakers, this event is designed for physicians, nurses, social workers, nursing home administrators, chaplains, patients and consumers who are interested in palliative care best practices, quality and policy.
The summit will be hosted at 12021 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove. Early registration (prior to March 9) is $499 for CCCC members and $699 for others.
